Originally from Ireland, Lawrence came to the United States in 1986 after attending university in London. Following several years with Boston University and the successful ownership of Beacon Hill Wine & Spirits, he turned his passion for real estate into a full-time career.

With a keen eye for value and a focus on multifamily and investment properties, Lawrence provides clients with experienced guidance backed by the added resources of Sterling Property Management. A Back Bay resident and longtime Beacon Hill business owner, he is deeply connected to the Boston community and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
